By stays of less than 3 nights, a supplement of 50% is charged with prepayment.
Turist tax and insurance are compulsory and amount to EUR 2 per day per adult person,
for persons from 7 to 18 years old: EUR 1.
A guarantee for damage purposes may be requested upon arrival to the amount of a daily rent. Such guarantee shall be returned upon check up of room before leave.
